Original recipe yields 6 servings

  1. Using prepared dough, cut into 4 equal parts. Roll out into large ovals.
  2. Mix all chopped veggies, garlic, and herbs together.
  3. Add 3/4 cup of veggies to center of dough, leaving space all around for folding in.
  4. Add 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese on top of veggies, and 2 Tablespoons of Asiago cheese on each.
  5. Fold over and pinch edges of each.
  6. Cut small vent holes in top of each.
  7. Brush olive oil on top of each for even browning.
  8. Bake on greased sheet pan.
