  1. Warm 1/2 cup milk,add 2 Tablespoons sugar and yeast packet. Allow yeast mixture to sit for 10-15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, cardamom and salt.
  3. In a small bowl, combine rest of milk, eggs, the butter, melted and cooled, both eggs, beaten slightly.
  4. After the yeast mixture has bloomed, add to the flour mixture and add the milk mixture, mix to combine.
  5. Allow to rise in a warm, draft free area for 1 hour.
  6. Prepare your Aebleskiver pan by heating over medium-low heat.
  7. Brush melted butter into each cup.
  8. Add 2 tablespoons batter into each buttered cup.
  9. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until you can lift the side and see the Aebleskiver has browned, flip the Aebleskiver over.
  10. Allow the wet batter to flow into the bottom of the cup to make a "ball", as you flip it over.
  11. Allow to cook for another 1-2 minutes until GBD.
