  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Combine Cake mix, pumpkin, sugar, oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. Beat for 1 minute. Add eggs. Beat 2 more minutes. Pour into greased Bundt pan.
  2. For Topping: Melt 1/2 cup butter with 1/2 cup of sugar. Add nuts. Pour half of mixture on top of cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  3. Cool in pan for 15-20 minutes, then invert onto plate. When completely cool, drizzle remaining topping on cake.
