  1. Bring salted water to a boil.
  2. Slowly add corn meal while stirring.
  3. Cook over medium to low heat stirring frequently for 20 minutes.
  4. Turn off heat and add butter, sage, and rosemary.
  5. Stir until blended.
  6. Add cheese and stir in a couple of times.
  7. Poor into a pie plate and put it in refrigerator for 1 hour or until chilled and solid.
  8. Cut into desired shape and fry in butter in a skillet.
  9. Top with a tomato sauce if desired.
