  1. 1. Fry ginger, then onion, then garlic untils smells good. Now the Chicken, followed up by adding Sa;t, Pepper, Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Green Chili. Fry for around 15 minutes or until chicken a little brown.
  2. 2. Now add the remaining ingredients > Mushroom, Corn, Pechay, Tofu, Apple Sauce, Water.
  3. 3 Now leave it to boil for around 30 minutes.
  4. Done in this easy steps.
