  1. Finely chop onions, peppers and tomato. In a large frying pan pour olive oil heat on medium heat and saute all vegetables until lightly browned. Add precooked cracked wheat and saute for about 5 minutes. Next add tomato sauce, chili powder, worchestershire sauce, garlic. Let simmer until warmed. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over buns.
