  1. Slice french bread into one-inch slices. Mix butter, garlic salt, parmesan cheese and parsley together in a small bowl. Pre-heat non-stick skillet or gridle at med-high heat. Thinly spread butter/cheese mixture on both sides of bread slices and brown each side in skillet - watch carefully as the cheese browns quickly.
