  1. In separate bowl, pour the flour and ground pepper in a bowl so that you can sift the meat around in it and fully cover the meat.
  2. When done with that you use a frying pan to brown and disolve the flour, then to your liking for tenderness, you take out the meat and transfer it into you big sauce pan..
  3. Big sauce pan should have: all the other ingredients boiling away! When you have added your brown meat you can add the cornstarch with the cold water that is mixed with it into the sauce pan to create the thickness, if you like it thinner add more water..
  4. Let it boil with meat and add potatoes and carrots for about 25 min. then add lid and simmer..Taste to make sure it is ok..
  5. What I did : I added about 1/4 cup of Kikomans soysauce and about 1 tsp of salt after my first tasting..Made it lots better!
  6. Then you let it slow cook for about another 45 min then add in your veggies..
  7. Towards the end..I am adding my Rottini noodles...Then after about another 25 mins should be done and enjoy!
