  1. Halve sprouts. Cook, covered in a small amt of water 10-12 mins or until tender. Drain & remove from pan. In same pan, cook onion in butter until tender. In separate bowl, combine milk, sour cream, flour, mustard, and salt. Add to sauce pan and cook/stir until thickened & bubbly. Stir in sprouts.
