  1. Melt and cool butter. Sift together sugar and flour rubbing into the butter. Add vanilla and nuts. Mold into oblong cookies. Dough will be crumbly - squeeze dough into shape. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
