  1. In a food processor, combine the smoked trout and horseradish. Process until smooth, about 1 minute. Add the sour cream and heavy cream. process until well blended.
  2. Transfer the spread to a bowl and fold in the capers.
  3. -To serve, spread on small baguettes or crackers. Garnish with dill. Or pass in a small serving bowl with a spreading knife on a tray with small crackers or bread
