  1. sprinkle with salt and peper, then coat the chicken lightly in cornstarch.
  2. fry oinions with oil in wok, untill golden brown
  3. add the ginger and garlic in the wok, and fry for another minute, add the cumin, corriander and sesame oil. Stir for another 30 seconds.
  4. add more oil, and fry the chicken untill golden brown and crisp.
  5. add the green chilies and green oinions, stir for another minute, mixing well.
  6. in a bowl, wisp the cornstarch, sugar, water, chicken broth and soy sauce, untill cornstarch dissolves.
  7. toss mixture in the wok, and cook untill it comes to a boil. mix well with the chicken, and reduce heat.
  8. Cook untill the sauce thickens.
