  1. Cut avacados in half and pit them. Scoop out the green flesh and drop into a medium-sized bowl. Use a potato masher or fork to pulverize the avacado. Chop fine or use garlic press to prepare garlic and add. Stir in lime juice. Add salt to taste. Chop other ingredients as wanted and serve with chips.
  2. Serves about two adults as a side dish.
