Pour as much chicken broth as you wish into a medium pot.
Chop and dice vegetables to your liking adding the Onion (Char), Carrots ,Chili Sauce, (Harrissa, Chili Flakes, Garlic and Saffron first and set to high heat until boiling and simmer for 20 minutes on medium heat.
After 20-30 minutes (depending on how you like your vegetables) add the Broccoli Parsley and Chives.
On the side while the soup is simmering during the first 20-30 minutes, prepare the dumplings mix.
Mix until the consistency of wet plaster
after you add the broccoli parsley and chives add the dumplings to the broth by 1 tsp at a time.
Cook entire soup for another 5-10 minutes and serve!
