  1. Cut four ¼ inch slices of tomato
  2. Cut four ¼ inch slices of onion
  3. Cut fours ¼ slices of mozzarella
  4. Layer tomato, mozzarella, prosciutto and onion in that order
  5. Sprinkle with grated asiago, diced fresh basil and then capers
  6. Drizzle with balsamic before serving
  7. Serve with Baggett
