Combine flour, baking soda and sugar in a small bowl. Beat butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake 11 to 13 min or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets 2 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
