"Loosely based off my mom's recipe, this is a medium chili that will make most anyone happy. :) I've won three chili cook-offs at work with this recipe! I always top off with sharp shredded cheese and crackers! Goes great with cornbread, too."

  1. Brown meat in large pan, drain excess grease if necessary.
  2. Dump in all ingredients. Drain the corn and black beans first. Do not drain tomatoes and chili beans. Use fresh, garden-grown tomatoes if possible!
  3. Simmer and enjoy!

This chili is amazing! Not too hot, but spicy enough. And full of flavor! Wow!
