No-Bake Oatmeal Fudge Cookies

  • Cook

  1. Mix together sugar, cocoa, butter and evaporated milk and bring to a boil for 3 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 1/2 cups quick cooking oats and 1/2 cup peanut butter.
  3. Mix well, spoon onto wax paper and flatten with the bottom of a glass or finger.
  4. Leave the cookies out for a few minutes until cool.
  5. Enjoy!
