Preheat the oven to 335 degrees. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips together with the condensed milk and salt. When melted, remove from heat and add in the vanilla and stir. In a 9x13 non-stick pan, press 2/3 of the cookie dough into the bottom (2/3 of the total of the two rolls) of the pan. Spread the chocolate mixture on top of the cookie dough. drop pieces of the remaining cookie dough randomly onto the top of the chocolate layer (it will spread!). Bake for approximately 35 minutes. Cool completely (it will still be soft when you take it out of the oven) and then enjoy!!
