MEATBALLS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ground meat, bread crumbs, eggs and onion soup mix. Roll your meatballs and bake for about 30 minutes.
SAUCE: In your crockpot (on high or med - depending on your time limits) or an oven safe casserole dish mix chili sauce, water, cranberry sauce, saurkraut and brown sugar.
After your meatballs are done in the oven add them to your sauce. You can't really go wrong with these. If you want to cook them all day, keep them in your crockpot on low or your oven on 200 degrees. If you are shorter on time, turn your crockpot or oven up.
