  1. Chicken
  2. 1. Wash the chicken thighs and place them in a glass baking dish.
  3. 2. Mix honey, allspice, and pepper together.
  4. 3. Glaze the chicken with the honey mixture.
  5. 4. Peel the pearl onions and halve the cranberries and spread evenly in the casserole pan.
  6. 5. Bake at 425 until the chicken comes off the bone easily.
  7. Cranberry sauce
  8. 1. In a sauce pan mix cranberries, chopped apple, chopped jalapeƱos, chopped garlic and halved pearl onions with butter and apple juice/cider.
  9. 2. Let simmer until the cranberries pop.
  10. 3. Mash the mixture until only some of the cranberries are left whole.
  11. 4. Add honey, allspice and curry powder.
  12. 5. Heat for 5 more minutes and then serve warm with the chicken.
