  1. In a heavy sauce pan, heat broth over medium heat until a boil
  2. Add the garlic, thyme, and rosemary
  3. Gradually add the polenta, whisking constantly to incorporate
  4. Decrease heat to med-low and cook, stiring frequently for about 20 minutes or until thick and very creamy
  5. Remove from the heat and stir in the butter and cheese until melted
  6. Season with salt and pepper
