Healthy Green Beans, Carrots, and Spinach

"This healthy side dish is extra tasty when made with fresh local ingredients. It has lots of antioxidants and other nutrients including lutein, beta-carotene, iron, folic acid, protein, potassium, and vitamins A, C, K, & E. Microwave preparation helps retain the nutrients and makes for easy preparation."
