  1. Peel apples and cut into small pieces about the size of dimes at largest. Put into a small bowl. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Mix granulated sugar and 1/4 cup of the pecans with apples.
  3. Grease cupcake pan.
  4. Roll out pie crust and cut into circles with a cookies cutter about 3" across.
  5. Put the pie crusts in cupcake holes.
  6. Fill up tart shells (pie crusts) with apple mixture.
  7. Sprinkle brown sugar and rest of the pecans on top of the tarts.
  8. Bake for 20-25 mins.
