  1. Boil elbow macaroni, drain, rinse and let cool about 15 minutes
  2. In a large bowl, drain and flake the ham
  3. Add remaining ingredients except for mayonnaise and paprika.
  4. Add cooked macaroni and toss to mix well.
  5. Add mayonnaise and mix well, mixture will seem like a lot of mayo but the macaroni absorbs it as it cools in the fridge.
  6. Cool in Fridge for at least 2 hours to meld flavours.
  7. When ready to serve, re-toss salad and sprinkle with paprika (optional)
