  1. 1. Take Chorizo out of casing and cook meat over medium heat until done.
  2. 2. Preheat oven to 350 dregrees. Lightly grease a 9 inch pie pan.
  3. 3. Line bottom of pie pan with cheese and cooked Chorizo. Combine eggs, onion, Bisquick, milk and black pepper; whisk together until smooth, although Bisquick may remain lumpy.; pour in to pie pan.
  4. 4. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, until set. Serve hot or cold.
