  1. Dice clams, zucchini and onion, and set aside. In a bowl mix flour, bread crumbs and seasoning. In a second bowl mix up eggs and milk, and the add to the first bowl along with the diced up ingredients. Using a good skillet heat oil and butter to med-high. Spoon mixture into skillet in batches of 4. Cook until golden brown on the bottom and flip, and cook the other side to golden brown. Remove and place on a plate with a paper towel.
