  1. Peel, quarter, and boil potatoes in lightly salted water. Chop celery, onion and gherkin pickles into small pieces. Slice the hard boiled eggs into 1/4 inch rounds.
  2. When the potatoes are fork tender, drain and mix in the mayo, Italian dressing, and 2-3 TBSP of gherkin brine. Fold in the chopped ingredients.
  3. Sprinkle a pinch of paprika on top. Serve warm or chill in the fridge before serving.


Of course I love this recipe. I submitted it after all. But you should try it, you'll like it.
