Original recipe yields 8 servings

  1. Red Sauce: Saute first 4 ingredients together in the s.d.tom. oil. Combine with rest of ingredients and simmer together for 1 hour.
  2. White sauce: Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until needed.
  3. Cheese mixture: Mix all cheeses together in a separate bowl.
  4. To make the lasagna: Smooth a layer of red sauce on bottom of 12-inch pan; then layer 3 noodles (do not let them touch each other); then smooth a layer of white sauce; then sprinkle a layer of mixed cheese. Repeat layers until all gone. The last layer should be red sauce.
  5. 45 min @ 375
  6. Let dish rest 10-15 min to set
  7. Enjoy!
