Red Sauce: Saute first 4 ingredients together in the s.d.tom. oil. Combine with rest of ingredients and simmer together for 1 hour.
White sauce: Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until needed.
Cheese mixture: Mix all cheeses together in a separate bowl.
To make the lasagna: Smooth a layer of red sauce on bottom of 12-inch pan; then layer 3 noodles (do not let them touch each other); then smooth a layer of white sauce; then sprinkle a layer of mixed cheese. Repeat layers until all gone. The last layer should be red sauce.
