  1. In olive oil saute garlic and onion over medium heat. Add ground meat and cook till browned. Drain off excess grease and place meat, onions and garlic in a crock pot. Add all other ingredients to the crock pot. Cook on high for at least an hour to blend flavors and heat through. Can be cooked for several hours on low. Serve with fresh chopped onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream garnish.
