"This is my first try and I have to admit, it's a winner. I loved having a breakfast bread for my coffee. I had an extra loaf and took it into church to give to my ladies group...they loved too!"

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease bread pans.
  2. Combine the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon and set aside.
  3. In another bowl combine the eggs, sugar, and oil and mix together until blended.
  4. Add in vanilla, applesauce, and zucchini.
  5. Mix wet and dry ingrediants together until well blended and then toss in nuts.
  6. Combine then pour into bread pans.
  7. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
  8. Slice....eat...sigh with contentment!
