  1. Place the first 5 ingredients in a very large heat-safe bowl, set aside.
  2. Bring the sugar & evaporated milk to a rolling boil in a very large pot, then turn down to medium and continue to boil for exactly 9 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour hot mixture over ingredients in bowl and mix well, making sure all the butter and marshmallow is well blended.
  4. Pour into 10x15 buttered (or parchment paper lined) jelly roll pan and refrigerate. Cut into 1 inch squares and serve. Freezes well!

This is truly a creamy fudge, melts in your mouth. Be sure to use a large pot to boil the sugar and evaporated milk, it expands while boiling. Enjoy!!
