  1. Mix all ingredients and form into one or two separate meatloaf's. Make certain free-form is fairly solid and doesn't sag. Place in bread form or similar. Add a few light cross cuts across tops of loaves. Pre-heat oven to 425 and bake one hour. Lower temp. to 300 and bake an additional 30 minutes. Remove and tilt forms so any excess oil will drain. Let cool in forms before removing.
