  • Cook

  1. Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle the chuck roast generously on both side with the salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Place roast in slow cooker.
  4. Pour on the sweet and spicy chipotle sauce to cover completely.
  5. Pour beer over top and around the sides of the roast.
  6. Cover and cook on high for 7 hours.
  7. Remove roast from pot and discard all liquids.
  8. Shred beef and place back into slow cooker.
  9. Pour in the sweet baby ray’s and stir to coat the meat.
  10. Set on warm 1-2 hours or until time to eat.
  11. Serve on soft rolls.
  12. Top with coleslaw if desired (recommended).
  13. ENJOY!
