"Rockin' soup. Got the lobster base at a fancy gourmet party store in town. I've never seen it in a regular grocery. Anybody wants to get their panties in a wad over the cream of shrimp soup...TOUGH!"

  1. Melt butter.
  2. Whisk in flour, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and lobster base.
  3. Cook on medium (don't scorch) 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add soup, cream, and half & half. Heat through.
  5. Add crab, shrimp, and sherry.
  6. Thin to desired consistency with clam juice (or chicken broth).
  7. Heat through - don't boil.
