  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. 2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. 3. Place ground beef, sausage, half of onions, and half of mushrooms in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Stir in pepperoni, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. 4. Stir in Barbecue (or steak) Sauce, ketchup and mustard. Remove from heat, and set aside.
  5. 5. Cut biscuits into quarters, and place in the bottom of baking dish- round side down.
  6. 6. Spread meat mixture evenly over the biscuits. Sprinkle top with remaining onion and mushrooms.
  7. 7. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. 8. Layer remaining peppers and onions on top and the sprinkle over-top with the Cheddar/Monterey Jack and mozzarella cheeses.
  9. 9. Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and just starting to brown.
  10. 10. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving. Serve with more barbecue, steak sauce, ketchup, Mustard, Ranch or Thousand Island Dressing, etc.
