  1. Begin by warming old and butter in a large, deep skilled that has a cover to go with it.
  2. add your minced carrot, celery, onion, and garlic.
  3. sautee a bit until half way cooked on a medium flame.
  4. add your chicken pieces and continue to cook all together for about 2 minutes.
  5. add the bullion cube, water, salt, pepper, bay leaf and rosemary and cover with water.
  6. let it come to a boil and turn the chicken pieces around.
  7. let it continue to cook on a medium flame until chicken is fully cooked.
  8. as the water cooks down, add more as needed until chicken is done and you are left with a carrot sauce that is not too thick or too thin.
  9. serve with white rice and enjoy.
