  1. Cook the pasta to instructions in a sauce pan.( About 12 minutes)
  2. While pasta is cooking start the sauce in a seperate pan.
  3. Fry the onion and garlic until soft.
  4. Add the chorizo and fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add passata and Red wine and allow to reduce.
  6. Add the Worcester sauce and chilli flakes.
  7. Season with Salt & plenty of Pepper
  8. Add the Prawns to the sauce and cook for 2 - 3 minutes until the Prawns are pink.
  9. Drain the pasta and stir the pasta into the sauce.
  10. Serve and sprinkle on some Parmesan.
