Finely slice the green onions into rings, add to the bowl.
Add cilantro, parsley & the 6 olives cut into rings.
Mix all ingredients.
Put the mayonnaise into a shaker jar. Add 1/2 cup olive juice from jar of olives. Shake until well blended, & not lumpy. Taste & check for thickness. Add more juice if it still tastes like mayonnaise or is too thick. Add the chopped olives & shake. Pour over the salad. Chill for an hour & serve.
