  1. Finely chop the cabbage & put it in a large bowl.
  2. Thinly slice the bells, add to the bowl.
  3. Finely slice the green onions into rings, add to the bowl.
  4. Add cilantro, parsley & the 6 olives cut into rings.
  5. Mix all ingredients.
  6. Dressing...
  7. Put the mayonnaise into a shaker jar. Add 1/2 cup olive juice from jar of olives. Shake until well blended, & not lumpy. Taste & check for thickness. Add more juice if it still tastes like mayonnaise or is too thick. Add the chopped olives & shake. Pour over the salad. Chill for an hour & serve.
