  1. using a non stick pan, heat the oil over a medium low heat and add the minced garlic, onion,chili or paprika and shrimps.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with skim milk. Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.Slosh it over til it covers the onions,shrimps.
  4. sprinkle the feta or cheddar cheese over the egg.continue cooking for 2-3 mins and ready to serve.
