take chicken dip it in flour and cook in white wine in a sauce pan, the flour will just thicken the sauce, with a lid. Add butter and wine, at the same time boil spinach on another burner drain water add a little butter and the garlic. While chicken is cooking roll the ham slices and surround the chicken with them so u get the flavor soaked into the ham also, and then core out the lemon including the pulp into the pan with the chicken and remember to frequently baste the chicken and flip to cook evenly.
