  1. Mash 2 avocados using the back of a fork until it turns into a green paste. Add the juice of half lemon, chopped italian parsley and lemon rind into the paste.
  2. Heat up your cooking pan and add about 1.5 tbsp of olive oil.
  3. Saute 1/2 tsp of chopped garlic with low fire until slightly brown. Medium fire would burn the garlic easily. (Beginners should use low heat.)
  4. Add the freshly peeled prawn into the skillet and increase to medium heat at this time.
  5. Add salt and pepper into the skillet (to taste, eyeball it or something)
  6. Saute the prawn and decrease to low heat once you see the prawn turning red (prawn overcooks easily, it is cooked as long as it turns red)
  7. Add the avocado paste into the skillet and saute for 2 minutes. Garnish with freshly ground pepper and serve.
