  1. 1. Cook Rice as directed with the can of diced tomatoes
  2. (not strained)
  3. 2. Meanwhile cook Ground Beef with chopped onion & garlic until browned. Strained. Add chili powder & chopped green chiles and mix while in strainer
  4. 3. Transfer Ground beef mixture to a casserole dish
  5. 4. Add the rice
  6. 5. Strain beans and add
  7. 6. Top with shredded cheese
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for approxmately 30 minutes
