  1. preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. in a large mixing bowl combine beef, 1 cup of sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, and parsley. Mix well
  3. On a sheet of tin foil flatten out beef until about 3/4 to 1" thick into a rectangular shape
  4. in the middle put 2 cups of shredded cheese
  5. using tin foil for support, fold beef over cheese, pinching to seal edges and top
  6. place beef seam side down in a bread loaf pan and throw tin foil away
  7. bake for 45 minutes, remove and add remaining sauce and cheese and return to oven for 20 more minutes.
  8. allow to cool throroughly to ensure cheese does not ooze out
