Caramel Mocha Ice Cream Pie

"Oreo crust with a layer of coffee ice cream, layer of caramel and fudge, another layer of coffee ice cream, then a layer of whipped topping and finished off with shaved chocolate! All of these ingredients frozen together to make a wonderful pie that makes you think you're enjoying a tasty frappucino at your local coffee shop - except, even better!"

  1. Spray 9x13 glass pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Process 2/3 package of oreos in processor until fine.
  3. Combine butter with oreo in a bowl until well incorporated.
  4. Press oreo mixture into the greased pan.
  5. Place in freezer for 30 minutes to harden.
  6. Divide ice cream and soften one part.
  7. Spoon softened ice cream on top of oreo crust and return to freezer to harden approximately 1 hr.
  8. Melt fudge and caramel.
  9. Spoon fudge and caramel onto ice cream layer (make sure ice cream is solid before doing this) immediately return pan to freezer to harden approximately 1.5 hrs.
  10. Soften second part of ice cream and spoon over fudge and caramel layer and return to freeze for another hour.
  11. Smooth whipped topping onto last layer of ice cream.
  12. Sprinkle chocolate shavings for garnish.
  13. Return to freezer until ready to eat!
