  1. preheat oven to 350. Wash chicken and put in a large pot with water to boil. Turn heat down to about medium. Cook chicken till done then pull out of water to cool. While chicken cooking dice bell pepper cleaned and onion mix together. In a skillet put 2 tablespoons of butter and add bell peppers and onion. Sautee to your desire. Pick chicken off bone and mix with bell pepper and onions. Sprinkle counter top with flour and roll 1 biscuit out flat put a spoonful of meat mixture on biscuit to one side , then fold other side over making a turnover shape. Align chicken stuffed biscuits in a pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Repeat till chicken mixture all used. In a bowl mix cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, and milk until smooth. Pour over biscuit if using 2 pans split the soup mixture between the 2. Bake untill biscuit seems done and the tops have browned. About 15 min. before time to take out sprinkle with cheese. You can also add the cheese in the chicken mixture and also fresh diced mushrooms.
