  1. Add washed potatoes to a pot of boiling water
  2. In a large skillet on medium-high heat, begin to brown ground turkey
  3. Stir in 1 Tbsp of Seasoning to the browning turkey
  4. Randomly stir brown turkey while cutting to choice size bits
  5. Check your potatoes for softness with a fork
  6. Remove potatoes while still holding together, but soft most of the way through
  7. Cut into quarters and dice to desired bite size pieces
  8. Drain black beans into a colander and wash off heavy syrup
  9. (or open cans and let them drain upside-down in your sink)
  10. Add potato pieces to skillet with browned turkey
  11. Mix in the rest of the Taco Seasoning
  12. Stir in black beans
  13. Let simmer till beans are hot
  14. Mix in fresh chives
  15. Reduce heat and cover till ready to serve
  16. Serving: Spoon mix onto tortilla and fold into your favorite burrito shape!!!
  17. (for more fat, add: sour cream and/or pepper-jack cheese)
