  1. preheat oven 450 degrees
  2. Thinly chop green onions and salami. Mix in 1 cups of chopped salami, green onions, cheese, back pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes in a bowl and keep aside
  3. Mix in 1tbs of yeast in 1/2 cup warm water
  4. Add all the dry ingredients; flour and salt in a large bowl, then mix the yeast mixture with 1 cup of warm water in the dry ingredients.
  5. Kneed the dough until it forms a soft stinky ball.
  6. Coat the dough with a tbs of oil, cover with a warm damp cloth and let it sit for about 3-4 hours.
  7. Divide the dough into 5-6 large portions
  8. Roll each piece into an 6 inch round, then spoon the filling into the middle of the dough.
  9. Bring the edges of the dough over the filling, and pinch to seal.
  10. Carefully transfer the naan onto the hot baking sheet in the preheated oven.
  11. Bake until the naan have puffed up and are golden, 8 to 10 minutes. Serve hot.
