  1. 1. Heat olive oil in large skillet, while you chop carrots.
  2. 2. Carrots in first (if you like them cooked more than the other vegetables). Give it a few minutes to cook and stir. Chop the onion.
  3. 3. Add onion, mushrooms.Stir.
  4. 4. Add the chicken cube and water, stir.
  5. 5. Bring to a boil and add the lima beans. Be sure the chicken cube has dissolved. Lima beans last so the soup doesnt feel too "sandy".
  6. 6. Add pepper and serve!
