  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in chocolate, egg, vanilla and almond extracts. Beat well.
  4. Sift together the flour and baking powder; stir into the creamed mixture, blending well.
  5. Do not chill. Force dough through cookie press, forming desired shapes on ungreased baking sheets.
  6. Bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes.
  7. Makes about 4 dozen chocolate spritz cookies.
